What functions does the Centre of Human Rights perform?

The Centre assists the organs of the United Nations in the promotion and protection of human rights, carries out researches, and publishes and discriminates information about human rights. It has different branches, assisting bodies to carry out the job. The communication branch processes communication concerning alleged human rights violations.
