Discuss the role of Non Governmental organizations

To eliminate the exploitation of workers, children, and women proper coordination is required between Governmental and non Governmental Organizations. non Governmental Organizations have played a vital role in providing Human Rights to many citizens.

Role of Non Governmental organizations

(i) To draw public attention to Human Rights abuses.
(ii) To bring to light the cases of the bonded labourers, children exploitation, and violence committed against women under trial.
(iii) In developing countries like India many NGOs like PUCL (People Union for Civil Liberties) have been working to provide relief to many suffers. It has brought many cases of Human Rights violations in Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir.
(iv) Red Cross is a world-famous non-Governmental Organisation that provides relief to many sufferers.
