Answer: The Council of Ministers and the Prime Minister sink and swim together as they are collectively responsible to the Lolc Sabha. If a No-Confidence Motion is passed, the whole Council of Ministers has to resign or if the Prime Minister resigns, the Council of Ministers is dissolved.
