What is understood by the term ‘Individual Responsibility’?

‘Individual Responsibility’ in a Parliamentary democracy means that a member of the Parliament is accountable for his or her actions and decisions. If the member fails to discharge f his or her responsibilities, then he or she alone is expected to take the blame and resign.
